I recently went to an ozzfest show in Raleigh NC I had paid 650.00 for two tickets because I am handicapped and I had bought the tickets for charlotte nc last year and I was able to get very close to the stage... Not this time. The staff at the ampatheatre did what they could to accommodate us to a point. At first the attendant almost called us liars when we told her what we paid for the tickets... Then she suggested I sit on the corner of the stage as I said I am handicapped so visability is a major issue. Then they put us in the handicap section which are 60.00 seats... To add insult to injury they made us share one box... Two tickets usually means two boxes. We then talked to a representative of ozzfest who said it was out fault because we did not read the fine print on the web site regarding special needs for seating... When I got home I checked and it was not there... I printed it out buy the way. Anyway the ozzfest rep said to contact him when we get home and he would see what he could do to get us a partial refund... Well none of our emails were answered and we had to trade 650.00 tickets for 1 60.00 ticket... And sit 50 feet away from where we paid to sit... I have gone to 8 ozzfest shows... I have alot of respect for the osbornes I know they are not responsible but I think they need to know the type of creeps they have working for them... It only takes a little bad publicty to ruin a well deserved reputation.
