My wife's computer's hard drive went out on her and when i went to us the recovery and application driver disc which came with her computer when we purchased it in the disc came up with an error, so i called tech support and was told the disc was corrupted and that i would need a new one so i asked them to send me one, they refused saying that there is only a 60 day warranty on the disc, why would i have to use the disc in the first 60 days when i bought the computer brand new. So they connected me to customer service which then told me i would have to pay $24.95 to get the new disc, i argued with them and so then i called the corporate office and finally got someone to call me back and they refuse to send me the new disc unless i pay the $24.95 which i refuse to do because i never got to use the disc that came with the computer. I will never buy another toshiba product and advise everyone not to purchase their products.
