After enrolling in the 2 movie at a time membership a few months ago - I only received one last month. I contacted them via their online "customer service" link multiple times — absolutely NO contact or response. I have tried to locate a phone number, since they only list a P.O. Box on their site — to no avail. After a MONTH of effort... I quit!
My first few requests via their "customer service page" were to merely ship my next movie in my queue, my last requests were to contact me & refund half of last month's membership fee - since I had only received half of what I was paying for! Still... Dead silence.
The Clean Flicks video stores that dot Utah are not affiliated with the.com - my only recourse at this time is to cancel my membership. They have shown that they have NO intention to respond, let alone make it "right". I am disgusted with this supposedly 'wholesome' company & feel that they have made themselves absolutely unreachable for a reason. They can take our money & leave us high & dry in peace & quiet.
Beware of ANY company that is not willing or honest enough to give their customers options & info so that they can be reached live to answer questions & resolve disputes.
Shame on the creeps at cleanflicks.com!!!
