I bought a movie for my daughter for christmas. They told me 4-6 weeks to get it. After 12 weeks i called them and told them to refund my money. They agreed and charged my visa again. I couldn't believe it. Then they quit answering the phone. On march 9 they charged my visa a third and fourth time for the same movie that i never even received. I have cancelled my visa to stop these charges but buyer beware they are frauds.
