I opened account with them deposited money, first did not recieve any deposit bonus as they promised and then they locked my account with my money still their and refused me access. Their reason was security purposes and wont communicate with me on.
I have sent several emails tried live chat but no response.

Their customer support does not exist as I only recieve automated responses to say they recieved my emails. I feel lucky in a way as I did not win money at the casino and still had my account frozen what if I had won a jackpot, I definately cant see them honouring this.
