I opened an account at this casino and deposited about 500sek, I won over 300euro and was repeatedly promised that I would get money (live chat) and email. I also sent multiple verification email with a picture of my ID card and bank statement a utility bill. When it was time for the payment day, my account is locked when I tryed to log on. And I sent three emails but got no answer. Their telephone numbers on the website was not working and after a long time, I managed to reach them by phone and they said that my account is locked and all my assets were frozen and gone. I contacted police and reported the fraud. Then I called the casino again because I wanted some info about all my deposits and telephone number of the owner of this casino. But got a flat refusal. They do not even want to pay back my deposit and total refuse to pay my 300euro. The reason I got was that an investigation they carried out had found severeal accounts that matched my deposits into my account.
