Cancelled Registration but Still Charged Three Times

I made a ticket purchase when I registered, and I thought it was a good idea at first. Then I realized I would only make @2-3 purchases a year, so I decided to cancel. I followed the instructions and expected a reply or confirmation in a few days. All I got was 2 months of charges and no check from a second purchase.

I then contacted Ticketmaster customer service and got no reply. Now there is a third deduction and still no reply. I am not a happy camper.
