I have return some movies to BlockBuster. I then got a letter in the mail from a Collection company called credit protection Association, L.P. Saying I have a balance of $65.64. Which I returned the movies late so I thought I would only have a restocking fee of $1.50 the most, but now they want to charge me for the 3 movies that THEY STILL Have in there store. I called to talk to the mgr. Christina and she really didnt care what I had to say all she said was to call Blockbuster or e-mail them and tell them about it because she cant and wont do any thing about this problem for me. So now they still be to pay the fee and they will give me my movies that they still have in the store. I dont think its fair that they have to charge me for movies that they still have in there store. I was only 5 extra days late. I think they should credit me back the movie fee and not charge me for the fees since they still have all 3 movies in there store at this time (2-9-06).
I will NEVER go to there store again. They dont care all they want is the money. Is there anyone there who can help me with my problem? I'll be waiting to hear from someone from your office.
