Movies were returned to Blockbuster Video on Tuesday, December 18. Between 6 and 6:30 pm. This is the third time in less than one year that employees did not log in returned movies.
I am a self-employed businessman with 6 employees. I have nothing to gain by trying to keep 3 movies that I did not like.
I have a feeling that if you look into this report. You will probably find others with simular complaints.
My family spends, hundreds of dollars a year at Blockbuster, but as of today that will stop due to an accusation of 3 non-returned movies.
I hope the $60 that they are going to charge my account is worth the years that I will never rent from Blockbuster again.
