RIPOFF never reimbursed me for the used DVDs I sent them

At the company's website, http://www.mx123.com, they advertise that you can sell used DVDs to them and they will send you a check through the mail for them. I sent them thirty plus DVDs on Tuesday, August 23rd and I was supposed to receive around $180.00 (I have the exact price in an order form but the computer is screwing up so I cannot access the file).

After the first Monday, I e-mailed them and asked if they had received the package and I was told that the box was received and that the check was sent on Monday. Another two Mondays passed (two weeks from when it was supposedly sent) and I still had no check. I e-mailed back and still, they said that they didn't control the mail service and that it was sent.

Today is Monday September 12th and it's been three weeks since they say they sent the check off and I still haven't received the check yet. When I tried to ask them to cancel the check and resend it, they didn't reply to the message.
