They lied about everything

I am writing to tell people about geico direct insurance co. We were lied to by many customer service reps. Important information was with held from us when we purchased our policy.

Geico claims they are very fast about claims. Well, i wrecked my car the day after christmas and today is jan. 12 and i just received my total loss check. They never informed us about rental insurance so i had to pay for a rental on my own, i then found another car, the total loss rep. Told me if i mailed the title to my car over night they would put my check in the mail overnight well i received it 8 days after i mailed my title.

They said they didn't receive my title til monday but i tracked the package and they received it on the friday before at 2:53pm. I then asked to have my insurance cards mailed to me for the new car i wanted to purchase, they said for an additional $ 12.25 they would overnight the cards, well they convinced my husband not to spend the money they would be mailed on monday and we would receive them by thurs. Well they never came... Until sat after we changed insurance companies. The post mark was dated for wed. The total loss check was received on fri. Again postmarked for wed. Not monday like they assured us they would be. They lied about everything.
