Ripoff horrible business practices! DON'T buy anything from them!

I ordered and paid for 3 DVDs. They sent me 3 completely wrong DVDs, which is not a problem - those things happen. The only way to contact them is via e-mail. They have no customer service phone number. I e-mailed them about the mistake and they said to send them back, which I did immediately. I sent the DVDs back via USPS Priority Mail. It cost $4.55 to send their mistaken dvds back to them. I e-mailed them again and asked if maybe they could throw in a free dvd when they re-send my order out to cover the postage I had to pay to send it back. They wouldn't do that and told me that they would only reimburse me for the cost to send it media mail. I told them I had already sent it priority, but they still refused to to reimburse for the priority postage. It was only a difference of $2.48!!! They refused to reimburse me this amount even though the dvds they sent me were the wrong ones and was their mistake! They are idiots and don't care if they lose business so please don't give it to them in the first place.
