However, these employees that he hires as so called "independent contractors" are never paid for their services. He fails to send payment for months at a time and when he does the checks are post dated so far that they bounce on contact.
Do not work for this company because they do not follow labor laws. They do not pay their employees. If you are a current employee, do not be fooled in to thinking that you are an independent contractor. Chances are, you are not. Beware of this company. They have a tendency to change phone numbers and bank accounts as well addresses at the drop of a hat to avoid you at all costs. Do not be fooled.
