Customers of Nymeyers at Tanglewood BEWARE! I have put personal equestrian items on consignment with them and have been told for months and months that I need to keep calling back to get my money from the items that they sold. I have called multiple times, some calls not even getting through as their phones have been disconnected for NON PAYMENT! I CAN NOT get any money from them at all. I was told by the manager (Renee) that it is my responsiblity to call for payment, but when I do... There is no money. My girl friend bought a pair of custom boots from the owner Helen almost a year ago. They just showed up after months and months. Of course she had to pay for them up front. When she spoke to the custom boot maker directly (Joe) he stated Helen (owner of Nymeyers at Tanglewood) could not pay her bill so the boots had not been made. WHAT IS SHE THINKING? After discussion with many other people, Helen has been continuing this OUTRAGEOUS business practice for sometime! People are not getting their custom orders right, and some not even getting them at all... AFTER THE ITEMS WERE PAID FOR IN FULL!!! More recently I tried to order through Nymeyers at Tanglewood for an Ariat product, and was told they were no longer taking special orders. GUESS WHAT? Helen can't pay her PAST DUE bills with them either! Lady get a CLUE!!
