Theft, unresponsive, dishonest, unreliable, shady, incompetant, stupid! Ripoff!

I signed up for DVD Barn as they were offering very reasonable rates. However, the service was terrible. Discs were taken over a week to get to me or back to them.

At least Two discs that I returned took so long to get back that I reported this to them. I continued to have many problems that just did not make it worthwhile to continue with them and I cancelled my membership.

The last disc that I sent back, I returned by certified mail as I was suspicious of them and wanted to obtain proof that they were in fact recieving the discs from me.

About 2 or 3 weeks after this, they took $25 out of my account to replace the "lost" disc. I notified them that I did not have it and they gave me responses basically stating that I was screwed and they can and will hold me responsible just because they can.

I think this is how they make their money. I know it is only $25 but it is the principal and it really irritates me. They only offer an email ticket response and you cannot get in contact with them any other way. You get nowhere.
