Purchased (2) tickets for a play in Denver. Adjacent party arrived in which one individual had the same seat number as I. No problem as we moved down and all was good. I contacted SH the next day regarding the problem/mix-up. They promptly refunded the amount for BOTH tix under their Fan Guarantee Policy! Excellent customer care/service and follow-up on their behalf. I will use them again.
