Stub Hub SCAMMED ME - Fraudulent tickets

I listed 8 electronic tickets for Fleetwood Mac April 8 at MSG (StubHub Order# 65154658) I received an email from Stub Hub that 4 were sold on March 30. The following morning I uploaded the tix, following the instructions on their notification email. When it came time to review the file, the PDF file looked odd so I called Stub Hub. I was assured the tickets were fine. The other 4 tix sold in lots of 2 without incident. The night of the show I received an email saying the buyers were denied entrance due to the tix being "invalid." I immediately called Stub Hub and security from MSG. The buyer of the tickets purchased "other" tickets to get in to the show. If it were you would you not go to SECURITY and DEMAND to know who was sitting in the seats YOU PAID FOR? THEY DIDN'T. Stub Hub insisted that I had to PROVE the tickets I sold were valid. How does one go about doing that? Sending Stub Hub copies from my Ticketmaster account showing that I purchased the tickets? NOT SUFFICIENT says Stub Hub. Sending a copy of my credit card statement showing the Ticketmaster transaction? NOT SUFFICIENT says Stub Hub. Sending detail from my cell phone showing a 6 minute call to them when I questioned the PDF upload? NOT SUFFICIENT says Stub Hub. The fact that there were 2 other "no problem" sales? NOT SUFFICIENT says Stub Hub. They require a scan report from the venue. I called MSG several times, spoke to anyone who would answer the phone. They all said that their policy is they don't release a scan report to the general public. Stub Hub says they do. When asked, Stub Hub can't provide a name, title or phone number of anyone at MSG who will release this document. Their response is "Call the box office", which I have done at least a dozen times. When you sell electronic tickets, (BTW, Stub Hub encourages electronic tix), how do you know the buyer won't make copies, resell them, then complain when the dupes are no good? In my case, the 4 tix in question sold for $ 225 each. The next 4 in pairs of 2 sold for $ 200, then $175 each. How do I as the seller know that the buyer of the first 4 didn't realize that he could get similar tickets days closer to the event for less than he paid? How does one PROVE that the tickets that you send electronically are the SAME ones that wind up being scanned? Stub Hub calls, tells me they have no choice but not to pay me and they will "settle" for the $ 765 they sent me and waive all other fees as a "one time courtesy." When I decline their offer I get an email saying now they want $ 995. It looks like Stub Hub reads and reacts to posts here. Let them challenge a single word of what I have written as not being truthful. I begged them to call the POLICE and report the issue.)"Not their problem") This is grand larceny (almost $ 1,000). I have NOTHING to hide so I WELCOME an investigation.
