I purchased 2 tickets to go to an NFL football game and the only option for shipping was Fedex Express 2 day for $11.95. I received an email that said I wouldnt receive the tickets until 30 days later, so I called customer service.
I simply told the representative, J.P., about my problem, and he instantly refunded the $11.95 to my account and was super friendly.
I have yet to have a bad experience with Stub Hu
