Although I cannot complain about my service with the sales rep who came yesterday, and I cannot comment on the carpet yet, I have been told by several people that I rushed into a decision (I am behind on repairs because of the recent 9 day outage due to "Sandy"). I was quoted $4500 for 3 bedrooms, but with the "deal" Empire is offering it brought the price down to $3800. I realize I signed a contract and it is a commitment to this price, but I would recommend shopping around. No matter how I do the math, this is so much higher than it should be for the rooms. I should have waited and gone with Home Depot.
