Customer service - Mattress and foundation

I ordered and paid for a mattress and foundation set to be delivered to my home. It is supposed to b delivered on Tuesday, today is Saturday. They called today to confirm delivery but said the time window would not be given until the NIGHT BEFORE!!! This was an automated call as well, so I worked my way to a CSR and got to someone a could barely speak English. I really couldn't understand much of what she was saying and I'm not sure she understood me and my American accent. I tried to tell her there was @ 45 minutes on Tuesday that I couldn't be here and could she make note or let the powers that be know so they could schedule around that. They would have the entire day beyond that 45 minutes in the am!!! She could not help and all I could get was, again, they would call Monday night. VERY UNHELPFUL, SEARS!!! And very disappointing.
