Nicole just left our scheduled appointment for installing new flooring in several different rooms. She had the courtesy to call to let us know she was running late, however, still offered to come out although it was very late in the night (9pm). She was very helpful on recommending which floors would be best in which rooms and was a real pleasure to do business with!
