The whole process is very helpful. The sales person Clara was very helpful, understanding, patient and supportive. She did not pressure.
The installation people were very accommodating and did a very good job. I look back at the floors and i am very happy with the final product. I strongly recommend every one to verify the hardwood flooring from empire.
