I purchase 4 bags of red mulch that was on sale. Upon getting it home the mulch was full mold, this the second purchase that i have made at this lowes for mulch. I am truly unhappy with this and i want return to your place of business for nothing. Ms. Regina hollingsworth the location was 8411 south holland rd.
