I was just informed, after YEARS with BOA, that they are transferring me to Green Tree. I don't understand. I have NEVER had a late payment. I have an 800 credit score. I have little to no debt. I am at 80% LTV!!! The only thing I can think of is while trying to refi with BOA for a lower rate, the loan process was SO RIDICULOUS that I emailed them and told them. Firmly, but politely. That was in December now, Feb... I am going to Green Tree. I do not understand how they can do this to good customers!!!
