Had a home inspection on a HUD. Property manager for utility activation is Asons Construction. The house was required to be re-winterized. I saw my inspector drain the hot water heater and they denied my refund because they said it was not done. This is a rip off. I was there and saw it for myself. Cost me $150. What a scam.
