It's virtually impossible to access my own account online, and you don't provide print copies of monthly statements and updates. It's fine to go green and reduce paper, but companies who do this provide the additional service of emailing the statement every month and / or allowing customers to log in to their accounts anytime to check these on their own. You do neither. I wish the CEO of PHH would try to establish an online account on your ridiculous website: www.mortgagequestions.com and see how many obstacles there are to that process. You have no right to be on the Internet if you're so ignorant about ecommerce basics.
