Consumer Report

This website is purposefully misleading. I saw in the terms and conditions on my free trial that I would have to cancel at the end of the month to avoid getting charged each month. I thought it was cancelled and my account showed only one receipt and charge from 6/28. I found out today that I've been charged monthly since then, with no indication of that on my online account—it still shows that I paid for one month in June. I called to get it figured out and the guy said that they cannot do refunds, even though they can see on their system that I only used my account for five minutes on the first day of my free-trial. He said they can't process a refund from "so long ago"—not even the charge that just went through four days ago. I find it hard to believe that a company can't provide a refund—it's not like they don't have the technology to do so. Their website is misleading and there is no option to pay for one-time access. This company is a scam that makes their money off of the many people that either don't read the fine print or get confused by their bizarre policies.
