When trying to access my account online, I was locked out. When I called to correct the problem, they said that they were unable to access my account without the account number. I told them that I didn't have it on me, and although they said that they could not access my account, two of their operators were able to access my account and change my online billing status and verify who I was. They were still not able to get me back online to view my statements or make a payment. Stupid people work for target!
