Bank of America acquired FIA cards and REMOVED online access to the prior account information BEFORE allowing optional access! I won't get new cards for at least one week and cannot check my transactions, make payments, view old statements and I am signed up for complete paperless. This is OUTRAGEOUS.
It took me 2 hours of phone calls to find out that even with my new Bank of America credit card number, I can't sign into account information on the Bank of America website until I receive my new cards. When asked how am I supposed to access my card information I was told to call the 800 number and talk to a customer service rep with questions about my account. Where can this be reported? This is a huge consumer transgression...
