Empire carpet inc is amazing!!! From sales to install. I spoke to Diane (in hedgesville, wv area) and she came to my house within 14 hours of my call - asked me about my family and wants in an extremely professional mannor - asked me what we wanted - then made it happen. I am not the person to respond to sales 'Tactics' and Diane did not try and upsell the order - SHE GAVE US WHAT WE WANTED! And... for the best price around! Install could have been the next day but we took 2 days to make our final decision and diane helped every single step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted (even though she already knew what we wanted - but let US make the decision - thank you diane YOU ARE THE BEST!!! We had install on Monday June 27th and James was amazing as well. He called to let us know they were en route ahead of schedule (and i know why once i saw their work!) and that the job would take about 3 hours... And it did! James and Morello were professional, clean, efficient and most important - respectfuly of the noise with our 7 month old son! Empire commercials are there for a reason and that's why we see soooooo many of them - they are the BEST AND I THANK EVERYONE AT EMPIRE FOR THEIR TIME/EFFORT/SERVICE/RESPECT!!! Thank youagain just because!!! We will repeat business and recommend to everyone that needs home improvement - and if you are in the martinsburg, wv area... ask for diane and tell her i sent you!
