Rick Pollack, the representative from Empire Today came out on Friday afternoon to give us a quote on carpet and ceramic tile for our two entryways and living room. He had lots of samples to show us, was patient as we talked over our decisions, and worked with us on arriving at a price that was mutually acceptable. He answered all of our questions, was most accommodating in every regard, and was just generally a very pleasant guy to do business with. He was also mindful of our time and probably spent about an hour, measuring the job twice, sketching out the room and hallway dimensions for the installers and I feel, was quite thorough in his approach to the project. Now with the quote and paperwork out of the way, we’re hoping the actual installation goes as well, scheduled for this coming Monday and Tuesday. We’re using this as a test project to see if we’ll use Empire Today for the remainder of our home improvement projects coming up. Based on our positive experience with Rick Pollack, we’re pretty hopeful that we made the right choice with Empire Today.
