July 13, Rick Pollack came to my home after a very stressful situation, sewer back-up that destroyed my entire basement carpeting.in spite of the mess we were in, Rick took the measurements, gave us a price my homeowners approved. It took until August 2nd to finally get the carpeting installed due to recurring flooding. The plumbers did their job and Rick was very patient with us.
