I obtained a letter dated 6/9, that stated my mortgage loan was past due and "in standard". The notice was obviously in mistake when I had settled my monthly obligations through December, and had started to pay for $1000 monthly in extra primary cost.
After I called the amount supplied within the notice, I had been offered by "Chawentta" (first name) who'd not supply her last name. She was sudden and rude and created no work to hear why I had been calling. She did comment that it seems my mortgage is present, so when I requested that I get a page refuting the communication they delivered dated 6/9, she stated she couldn't do this. I experimented with state that I was afraid the litnany of mistakes by mortgage compayis that I find out about scares me, and that I'd merely just like a written reaction the notice I obtained was in mistake and PNCis report have already been fixed. She again declined. After I requested to talk to her boss, she questioned why? I mentioned that I would like to create my demand to somebody who might have the expert to recognize it. She subsequently set me on-hold (stop—no audio) for an inordinant period of time after I eventually hung-up, totally disappointed. I subsequently tried to discover who runs PNC mortgage business—this isn't simple, though Joseph Guyaux may be the Leader of PNC Bank (the keeping co) and it has duty over PNC mortgage. I will now make an effort to reach him...
