We have been working with this mortgage company for years - we paid our mortgage on time our whole entire length of it we began to experience financial issues last year aso we contacted them about the presidents program - OMG we had to fax send refax call etc for 6 months then we were put through to a woman rochelle in the modification program she promised to help it took another 3 months or more and said we werent eligible then approved us for a PRP well then when i tried to pay my mortgage for 5 months they said we were ineligible and had to pay the full amount - 5 months later we were put on hold and told we were only supposed to be paying 2200.00 when our mortgage is 2900.00 and we were on a PRP keep in mind there was one month left - they forwarded us to rochelle who says we can only speak to her dontpay my mortgage that month although she legally said she cant say that and she would get me a new PRP for 6 months and have it back in a few days - the next month and a half became hell I am waiting for a surgery and she stopped calling me our mortgage was due twice they started threatening foreclosure and we had only missed the one payment she told us to and we were in the second month but now it was adverse against our credit - she contacted me once when we got through to customer service and they contacted her supervisor ever since then she put something in my file to tell them not to let me through and i am a bad customer so they would believe her and all calls should only go to her - what the heck is this the mob? I cant get over they are legally getting away with this our lawyer told us to try and work through this but she just wont call us back...
