Empire Today sent a rep out that we thought gave us a great price, we did give a "cash" security deposit, however when we needed to change the date and the color of some carpet he said to call him not Empire. When we decided to do so he did not meet with us as told, the next day he said he would give us a free room if we gave him $500 more cash. We offered to pay by credit card and he did not accept the payment. He then wanted to follow my husband to the ATM to get the money. Empire's higher up has not contacted us yet, and we are still waiting. Our contract and order is still not showing in your system. I am very disappointed and this is the third time we have used your service - this may be the last.
