I had been dying to replace my carpet, but I kept putting it off. When we got home the evening of Monday, May 9th, we saw a man across the street putting flooring samples into his car. We asked him who he worked for & he said ' Empire Today '. We told him that we were wanting new carpet & asked if he had time to show us some samples & give an estimate. Without hesitation, he said he had just finished his last appt of the day & would be glad to help us. Michael Broland represents the kind of customer service that everyone wants to experience. He was courteous & professional, as was the crew that showed up the next day to install my new carpet. I cannot imagine using anyone else for new flooring.
