This past Friday I had the pleasure of meeting Scott McDuffie, who represented the Empire Today firm. I was very tentative but his call first thing in the morning proved him to at first to be a great communicator. He informed me he could get out here earlier then the scheduled time and showed up promptly. His demeanor was excellent and he was just so easy to talk to. I was concerned with the typical hard sell but he took the time to tell me the great things about dealing with Empire. He listened when I spoke. He assumed nothing and asked whenever he was in doubt. I would recomend him to anyone in the future. He is a great gentleman first then a business person second and that is the way it should be.
You have a find in the gentleman and I hhope you reward him accordingly.
