Online processing of payments - online payment service

Continuously experiencing the same old thing every single month. I've even taken to emailing and calling them to remind them to make sure my payment gets taken from my bank account! Lol! I mean, this is totally ridiculous! The payment is supposed to be processed by their online team who programs their payment system, right? I ask the question online, the answer takes 8 days to reply, and the reply is that she doesn't have any of the information at her access? What is that all about? This company is so poor at delivering computerized payment servicing for mortgage payments, perhaps it is different for credit cards, even though on same login and same page! It uses same bank, same deduction method, I don't understand WHO is asleep at the wheel here? All I know is that the payments just sit until someone harrasses them 20 times in advance, into taking it! It's totally insane! Then when you complain about it, they act as if it's either YOUR fault, or they have no idea what you are talking about! Bad news! Bad Company, stay away!
