Once in December Chase took two payments from my bank account. I called them they told me they couldn't put it back in there. I finally gave up and they said I wouldn't have a payment due until February. Things went ok for 1 month, then April rolls around and they take 3 mortgage payments out of my bank account. I was on the phone with them (3-way with my bank) for over an hour and a half, supposedly they are going to put the money back. That is after I threatened to sue them for stealing from my account (since they didn't have authorization to take out more than one payment). This is the 2nd time and both times they tried to blame it on me. They were "nice" enough to ask my bank to waive any overdraft fees should my autopay bills cause a problem. I only get paid once a month, what am I supposed to do? Does anyone know if I have any recourse?
