Bankruptcy rules set you up to fail

When filing for bankruptcy, Chase Home Finance sets you up to fail. So much for banks relly not wanting to foreclose and doing everything to keep you in your home. I am starting the 5th and final year before my bankruptcy is discharged.
Chase refused to change my pay schedule even though my pay schedule changed to once a month because my employer changed. I get paid once a month on the 15th. I am unable to make a payment online, at a bank or over the phone. My payments must be mailed to their basnkruptcy department. So they won't be too delinquent, violating terms of my bankruptcy agreement, and more importantly so I will have a paper trail, I overnight my payments.

Because I work during the day, I have to find time to get to a postoffice after work, before closing time at 5PM. Overnighting, though an added $16.00 leaves me with a receipt and someone on the other end to receive my $. I found this oiut the hard way after a previous payment sat on soimeone's desk for days without getting processed, thus getting me a letter from the Bankruptcy court in Houston and threatened foreclosure for breach of contract.

If only Chase would allow payments online, at a bank or by phone, my payments would get there on the 15th and not be subject to weather variances, post office hours etc., In my opinion, Chase has made things intentionally cumbersome, so you will fail, not get a payment in on time so they can take your home. It pisses me off to no end that taxpayer funds bailed them out and they are able to continue to crap on us.
