Beware! Who owns this condo building, Elvin Walker, illegally enters and searches tennents flats without actually requesting, get agreement, or providing warnings to tennents. He simply adopts the flats when he feels as though it, and appears through individuals material.
I wouldnt have recognized he did this in my experience, except after I shifted out, among the citizens informed me he's been achieving this, and she is been living there for some decades. She stated she didnt wish to declare something in my experience before, since she didnt need him getting vengeance on her behalf
This guy isn't just dishonest and unprofessional, he trys to cost tennents for that normal maintenance of the flats! After I was there, he attempted to cost me for fixing a classic, worn-out fuse-box
This guy is dishonest! DONT RENT FROM HIM
Irrespective of this, the home management organization he employs to hire the flats are "in his back-pocket". They attempted many times to cost me for normal maintenance repairs he was performing towards the condo!
