The administration charges exhorbitant inexplicable costs and bully the tennants into paying them. Administration staff extremely rude (using the exclusion of the select several). Tennents don't remain in this complex, I Have documented them towards the Better Business Office TWICE. They cost a manadatory garbage pick up charge, when many tennants eliminate their very own garbage in the flats.
