Chase is doing nothing with these mods. They are scamming us. They tell you to go behind on your payments to qualify for a mod. Then you start your mod paying your trial period payments. While your paying your trial payments your original loan house payments continue behind your back. They dont tell you that happens. Then while your on you trial plan 3 to 5 months later you find out you owe for those three months of payments and they send you out a foreclosure process will start if you do not pay your account in full. Then they will start adding more fees because they had to START FORECLOSURE PROCESS MORE MONEY FOR THEM LESS MONEY FOR YOU. F U Chase. Has said it, they want our homes now for cheap, then they want to wait a few years for the market to pick up then sell off these houses for huge gains. F U again. Whats funny is that in a few years there will be nobody to buy these homes cause everybodys credit scores will be damaged cause of these scammers.
