I fell back on my home payments in 2009 so I started the process of MODIFICATION. I finally receive a call yesterday from CHASE 03-08-12 that it is denied. I have been trying since 2009 and this is what they tell me now. They said I cannot reapply because I owe too much. My home would go to foreclosure now is all that they say. What would happen to my 2 children who grew up here, don't they have a heart. Not everyone is blessed with great jobs and the finer things in life. We tried very hard to make ends meet. We just needed that break where as we could afford our new payments but NEVER even got the chance. We didn't even get the trial payments. They just denied everything. Help us someone please!!!
