I bought a shower door from this company and upon arrival discovered that I ordered a wrong size (32x32 instead of 36x36). Called them right away and they arranged for replacement. Had to pay the return shipping fee however I was very much impressed with the way customer service people handled the whole process. Had the wrong door picked up by Fedex Freight the following day and the replacement came 2 days later just in time for my contractor to start working on it. Thank you customer service people at surplusdecor!
