I am a contractor and have placed 20 orders with this company over the past 3 years. Just completed another 10 bathroom hotel renovation project with all fixtures purchased from them. I can't say enough how happy I am both with prices as well as customer service provided by surplusdecor. I can't believe how unreasonable some folks out there have become. Using products for months or reporting "shipping damage" after 6 months of receipt and expecting full refund or free exchange. This company's return policy is second to none. How many companies in home improvement field will pay for return shipping and arrange for carrier pick up from you? Not many to say the least. This company will. Surplusdecor is my supplier of choice and I always go them first. I know I'm taken care of if something doesn’t work out.
