Ernest Szots Cancellation Policy Not Honored - 30 days promised - 7 calls and 8 emails can't get it done Anaheim California

Advanced Access provides online hosting and marketing services for REALTOR websites. Their sales presentation is very slick and they assure you that you have a 30-day cancellation policy.in late August I bought an enhanced marketing package with a 12 month commitment for $599.90, plus monthly charges. The $599.00 was charged to my account the same day. Shortly after making this decision I found out that I have to move to another city. The marketing package is specific to the city in which I currently live and now that I have to move, it no longer makes sense to market an area in which I will not be living or working. I called to cancel on 9/3, I then filled out a cancellation form; I received an email 9/5 stating "in order to authenticate and finalize your cancellation it is necessary that we speak by phone" I've called and emailed ERNEST SZOTS on several occassions - I'm now up to 8 phone calls and 8 emails. I've called every person possible within the Advanced Access organization no one answers the phone - I only get voice mail. I have only been able to reach the customer service department. Both the customer service rep and the supervisor insist that in order to cancel I have to talk to ERNEST SZOTS. I've called and emailed him on at least 4 occassions over the past week and he is not returning calls or emails. Customer service tells me "he is not available" And, yet, they do not allow cancellations without actually talking to him - only him no one else. This major organization who boasts of hosting more than 30,000 websites refuses to give me second person/email/phone number to discuss the cancellation. It's been a nightmare. If you are a Realtor considering doing business with Advanced Access DON'T their back-end business practices are unethical and abysmal.
