We have been trying to modify our loan for over a year now and have been told on several occasions that our mod would be done soon, in November we were told it could be any day. We just sent fed ex package with paperwork requesting our 2008 2009 tax statements and a hardship letter that we provided several times, we have even been called from the Philippines how can you hire foreign labor with American tax dollars and still not help the American people. I have suffered a stroke and was forced to retire after working at boeing for 23 yrs please help!!!
