I have had storage in Kingston for 3 years. Yes, my rate has gone up but what do you expect. It went up after I had been there for 5 months then annually thereafter. I am satisfied with my rate. The property is safe, well maintained and worth every penny. The managers are great and i have NO complaints. I highly recommend Extra Space.
