Wells Fargo Mortgage has got the toughest customer support... I've been attempting to alter my mortgage to get a year... They keep requesting paperwork (that we have sent and shipped currently, and each time you talk to a person support representative they keep requesting exactly the same qauestions... I'm going to give up my change... But to best everythig off my house had water damage (a tube rush after I was outoftown), my insurance provider delivered me a check to repair my home, and because it was recommended to Wells fargo I delivered the check for them and that I been attempting for entire week every single day being about the telephone and that I am still not obtaining a pull of 30% to repair my home. I have now been about the telephone since mon now is friday... Their customer support is inexperienced plus they do not worry about their clients... Recently I talked to some boss called Brandy and he or she assured me the very first pull might venture out. Today I named them to confirm and also the check and that I was informed that it had beennot actually requested, this following the boss assured me this have been looked after...
